TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Admission is subject to age criteria and an entrance exam as per the applicable education board.

• Submission of all required documents is mandatory.

• Admission is provisional until verification of documents is complete.

2. Documents Required

• Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)

• Transfer Certificate (for admissions from other schools)

• Previous Academic Records

• Aadhar Card or any valid ID proof

• Passport-size photographs of student and parents

3. Admission Confirmation

• Admission will be confirmed only after:

  • Completion of all formalities

  • Successful fee payment

  • Verification of submitted documents

4. Fees and Payments

• All fees (admission, tuition, transport, etc.) must be paid on or before the due date.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under specific conditions defined by the school.

• Late fee payments may attract penalties.

5. Withdrawal & Refund Policy

• Parents must submit a written application for withdrawal.

• Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearance of dues.

• No refund will be granted for mid-term withdrawals.

6. Discipline and Code of Conduct

• Students must follow the school’s code of conduct.

• Disciplinary action will be taken for misconduct, including suspension or expulsion, if necessary.

• Parents must support and cooperate with school discipline policies.

7. Medical and Emergency

• Parents must inform the school of any medical condition or allergies.

• In case of emergency, the school is authorized to take necessary medical action and inform parents.

8. School Transport

• School transport is an optional facility and is subject to availability and designated routes.

• Misbehavior in the school bus may result in cancellation of transport facility.

9. Photographs and Media

• The school reserves the right to use photographs/videos of students for official use such as websites, newsletters, or promotional materials unless parents opt out in writing.

10. Changes to Terms

• The school reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice.

11. Declaration by Parent/Guardian

By submitting the admission form, I/we agree to abide by the school’s terms and conditions and certify that all information provided is true and complete.
